- Need to understand the current on boarding process, discuss with all the sub BU Heads & department heads/global managers, gauge their expectation, consolidate them and come up with specific on boarding plan for different roles.
- The on boarding plan will include common trainings /interactions with stakeholders & role specific trainings /interactions.
- Develop a method to arrive at the effectiveness of the on boarding plan and give feedback to the stakeholders.
