NPCIL Recruitment Drive Eligibility Criteria :
Trade Apprentices :
Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in relevant trades.
Scientific Assistant :
- Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc from the Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE with Minimum 50% marks. One year full time Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI) or Regional Labour Institutes (RLIs) under DGFASLI, Ministry of Labour or Institutes recognized by Government of India.
- Candidates with HSC + 2 year Diploma Course in Engineering (Approved by AICTE) with 50% or above marks are also eligible. Candidates with Diploma in Engineering through Lateral Entry to 2nd Year Diploma in Engineering after Xth (SSC) + ITI are not eligible.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification.

Trade Apprentices :
- The selection will be based on Written Examination and Interview.
Written Examination:
- OMR Based OR Computer Based Test will be held for Screened-in candidates. The duration of examination will be of 2 Hours. Examination will comprise 100 multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers) in the following proportion:
