You are a product analyst or a product owner, early in your career, looking to join an exciting company focused on helping our customers run their restaurants. NCR Voyix Restaurants runs the restaurant for Enterprise, Emerging and SMB customers combing best-of-breed products and a state-of-the-art Commerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the ability to deliver a fantastic experience for both their consumers and their team members driving value into their business.
In this role, you will be key to helping our customers navigate the complicated world of omni-channel order management in the restaurant to ensure that every order is made on time, delivered on time and payments process seamlessly – regardless of where the order originated or what partners & third parties that are involved throughout the order lifecycle
You will learn and become an expert about our products and the experiences that our customers want to offer
You will use that knowledge and manage journey/experience maps that help understand how our products bring use cases to life – and connect the physical restaurant with our Commerce Platform.
You will be responsible for sharing that with internal and external audiences.
By collaborating with internal stakeholders and external audiences, you will be key to driving improvements with the solutions in NCR Restaurants
Responsibilities include:
Learning about our Restaurant solutions, including our in-store & above-store applications and the Commerce Platform solution set, and how they support restaurant use cases.
Documenting journey or experience maps that tell users what our products can support – with a strong focus on managing orders from creation through
and working with engineering on the problems our products will solve
Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering and other SMEs to review and publish these key documents and requirements.
Manage and maintain this information in in standard NCR Voyix collaboration tools.
Use all information to support cross-functional NCR Voyix teams, including Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, or internal support teams.
Educate and share information broadly in internal webinars, forums and tools.
Be relentless to find answers to questions.
Grow as our NCR integration SME, identifying new use cases, gaps or improvements for our API products.
