- Willing to work in night shifts (8:30 pm 5:30 am), should be flexible with stretch shifts occasionally
- A Candidate Should have B.Tech,BBA,B.Com
- Should have a stable broadband connection at home (given the current WFH situation). A stable connection is a must support calls
- Should be flexible to work out of Bangalore office
Infosys Off Campus/Responsibilities :
- Being part of the F&A support process, agents are required to handle calls/emails from clients from US & Canada region and assist in resolving any queries.
- The topic of conversation includes travel expense reimbursement queries, invoice & payment status checks, tool navigational assistance, to name a few
- Agent should be able to multitask between calls and emails based on business requirement
