JOB Description :
This role plans, designs and implements maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of production site facilities and equipment.
Key Missions
We are looking for Maintenance Engineer based at Noida (NSEZ).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown maintenance of plant equipment’s.
- Independent shift handling, material planning, planning of routine preventive activities.
- Maintaining documentation of maintenance activities, QMS & EMS.
- Establishes and maintains all indispensable maintenance documents, including PM plan, Spares list, Maintenance Instruction Sheet.
- Supports on guiding operators to conduct equipment regular inspection according to regular Maintenance plan to keep machine downtime rate at a minimal level.
- Root Cause Failure Analysis of equipment breakdowns and MTTR/MTBF.
- Undertake Defined actions/projects.
- Ensure all processes are complying with security regulations.
- Responsible for adhering 5S & Kaizan on the floor.
- To adhere to QMS, EHS, security processes & customer schemes.
- Shall adhere to any other industry standards /policies as may be implemented in the organization from time to time.
- “Shall practice, participate and comply with the companies management policy“.
