- Regular Graduate, BE/ Btech with Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customer queries quickly and should be able to drive the war-room independently with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to understand business needs and must be available for regular night shifts support during onshroe hours (24X7 shifts).
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent domain knowledge such as release management, Environment planning , incident handling, production management.
- Experience in working in ambiguous situations, working under pressure, and flexible work hours.
- Production-oriented with a sense of urgency and sensitive to production requirement
Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic Change Management Engineer to join our team at Amdocs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation of changes within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management strategies that drive employee adoption and engagement, ultimately supporting our company’s objectives.
What will your job look like?
- Develop and implement change management plans and strategies to support organizational initiatives, such as process improvements, technology implementations, and organizational restructures.
- Identify potential risks and resistance to change, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of change management activities with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs): Leading these vital groups to review and make informed decisions on change requests, playing a crucial role in the decision-making process.
- Prioritizing changes: Aligning changes with business objectives to ensure they add value, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in balancing various factors.
- Conflict resolution: Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve disputes related to changes, maintaining harmony and alignment with business objectives.
