  • MBA or a Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics).
  • 0-30 months of experience in data analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative problem solver with ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking.

  • Operations experience required.
